<p>This study aims to describe and analyze the readiness of K3 knowledge on self-efficacy of students of the Electric Power Installation Engineering Expertise Program of SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. K3 knowledge readiness is an overall individual condition that includes physical, mental, and experiential life and the willingness and ability to carry out work or an activity. The research method used in this research is descriptive and quantitative. The variable studied was the readiness of K3 knowledge of students in the Electric Power Installation Engineering expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman. The research instrument used in this study is a questionnaire distributed directly to respondents with 1 variable and 7 indicators. This research questionnaire was conducted on class XI Electrical Power Installation Engineering students totaling 25 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive percentage statistics. The results of this study can be concluded that the readiness of K3 knowledge of students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering expertise program of SMK Negeri 1 Pariaman, some are ready to work and some are continuing their higher education or entrepreneurship.</p>Yori Afrian SyaputraRiki Mukhaiyar

<p>In the rapidly evolving digital era, the transformation of learning media has revolutionized the education system by providing innovative ways of material delivery and learner interaction with learning content. In particular, Augmented Reality (AR) technology has shown its potential to enrich the learning experience in an interactive and engaging way. The main objective of this research is to analyze the current learning conditions and evaluate the effectiveness of using AR as a learning medium. The methods used include interviews with lecturers and student needs surveys using questionnaires. Results from interviews and surveys indicated that many students have difficulty in understanding the material, and conventional learning media such as whiteboards and PowerPoint have not been effective enough in presenting complex concepts intuitively. The discussion of this research reveals that AR can be an important solution in clarifying the visualization of Electrical Circuit concepts, allowing students to virtually see and interact with complex circuit components. With AR, students can modify variables and immediately see the effect on the circuit, which deepens their understanding of the material being taught. It also supports independent learning outside the classroom, as AR can be accessed through personal devices such as smartphones. The conclusion of this study shows that the integration of AR in learning Electrical Circuits can improve students' understanding and interest in learning. Recommendations given based on this research are the development of more interactive and integrative AR-based learning content, accompanied by lecturer training to maximize the potential of this technology in education. <p>This research aims to increase students' enthusiasm for learning and happiness through the implementation of the Problem-Solving learning method with video tutorials on basic Electricity learning objects at SMKN 1 Guguk. The low student learning outcomes, which can be seen from several students achieving scores below the Learning Goal Achievement Criteria (KKTP), are the background for this research. The method used is a type of quantitative research with a one-group pretest-posttest quasi-experimental design method. The initial stage involves taking a pretest to evaluate students' initial abilities, followed by treatment using the Problem-Solving learning method with video tutorials. The final evaluation is carried out through a posttest to show an increase in student learning outcomes after implementing the method. The results showed a significant increase in pretest-posttest scores. There is also an increase in the level of accuracy of learning, with the majority of students achieving the expected level. <p>This study was conducted to know the impact of implementing the discovery learning model on the learning outcomes of electric motor installation of students in class XI TITl SMK Dhuafa Padang. This research uses quantitative methods in the from of a pre-experimental design with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The participants of this study were XI grade TITL students at SMK Dhuafa Padang. This study used instruments in the form of multiple-choice written test questions arranged based on the material and learning objectives to be achieved based on the curriculum. In this study, an instrument test was conducted to determine the validity, reliability, level of difficulty of the questions, and the differentiation of the questions. The data analysis technique used is classical completeness of students' learning outcomes, t-test, and effect size analysis. Based on the result of the research and discussion that has been carried out, it shows that the average value of students' posttest learning outcomes has increased which can be seen in many students who get scores that reach the criteria for achievement of learning objectives effect size analysis is in the large category. This research uses a quantitative approach, the research method used is the quasi-experiment method. The results of this study are: The learning outcomes obtained are not only in the form of increased knowledge but also improved thinking skills that can be applied to real problems. quasi-experimental research or quasi-experimental (quantitative). There is a significant effect of using the Problem-Based Learning model on learning outcomes in the experimental class, and there is an influence on learning outcomes in the control class. <p>The achievement of learning outcomes of students in class X TKL 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat in the subject of Basic Electricity Engineering is still disappointing with 20 people below the KKM out of a total of 36 students. One of the causes is the teacher-centered learning process so that students become passive. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research with the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning model to analyze the effect on student competence in the cognitive domain. This research is an experimental study categorized into the type of pre-experimental research with a one-group pretest post-test design. The subjects of this study were students of class X TKL 2 SMK Negeri 1 Sumatera Barat in the 2023/2024 school year consisting of 35 students. To analyze, a pretest was given before the implementation of Problem-Based Learning to measure students' initial abilities. Then the posttest was given after the learning process of Basic Electricity Engineering was applied to the Problem-Based Learning model. The pretest and posttest results will be analyzed using classical completeness testing and effect size. Based on the research results, it shows that the students' scores after applying the Problem-Based Learning model are higher than the students' scores before applying the Problem-Based Learning model. <p>This research was motivated by the application of electrical engineering drawing modules assisted by AutoCAD Software in improving student learning outcomes, as well as limitations in terms of procurement of learning media for the Electrical Engineering Drawing course and Lack of student understanding of the material provided will hurt students. Some of the students cannot imagine and cannot explain the meaning of the picture. This research aims to improve student competence in electrical engineering drawing courses assisted by AutoCAD Software. This study used a quantitative descriptive research method. The subject of this study is a student of Electrical Engineering Education at 2022 Faculty of Engineering UNP. Based on the results of the study, the validity of the media was obtained with valid categories where the learning module is feasible to use. In the student practicality test, it can be concluded that students provide very practical values. <p class="JPTEAbstract"><span lang="EN-US">This research aims to produce effective learning media to improve student learning outcomes in the Microsoft Sway-based electric lighting installation subject at SMK Negeri 5 Solok Selatan. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an experimental research type, the experimental research design used is the Pre-Experimental Design method, One Group Pretest-Posttest design type. The data in this research were obtained from the results of the instruments in the research, namely learning media validity instruments, test validity instruments, and non-test validity instruments. The media validity instrument is in the form of a validation sheet from the validator, and the test instrument is in the form of pretest and posttest questions which are tested for validity, reliability, difficulty of the questions, and the differentiability of the questions, while the non-test instrument is in the form of a rubric for assessing students' attitudes during the learning process. The data analysis techniques used in this research are normality test, homogeneity test, completeness of learning outcomes, and effect size. The results of this study show that the average pretest score is relatively low and the average posttest score is relatively high. From the calculations, the classical completeness score exceeds the minimum score, this shows that the use of Microsoft-based learning media is effective in improving student learning outcomes. Meanwhile, the Effect Size value was obtained in the large category. <p>This research aims to determine the extent of the influence of practicum infrastructure on the learning outcomes of class XI Electrical Installation Engineering students at SMK Negeri 2 Panyabungan in the electrical lighting practicum subject. This type of research uses quantitative methodology and has three stages in its research design: preparation, implementation, and conclusion. Documentation and questionnaires were used to collect data. Use reliability and validity tests to evaluate research instruments. Prerequisite tests, analysis, and hypothesis testing were carried out on the data. Based on the research results, the infrastructure of SMK N 2 Panyabungan is of high value and is included in the facilities group. The results of the data analysis show that the infrastructure of SMK N 2 Panyabungan is in good condition. The average score for the learning outcomes of class XI TITL SMK N 2 Panyabungan students is classified as very high and includes very good scores. The infrastructure (x) variables and student learning outcomes (y) in class XI TITL SMK N 2 Panyabungan have a positive and substantial relationship. In the 21st century, life is made easier with various types of digital that are continuously developing to be used in life, including in learning. Digital products that are web-based and use an internet connection are a necessity in this century. One learning evaluation media that can be applied is using the Wordwall application. Wordwall is a piece of software that works online and is used as a game-based learning medium for kahoots, quizzes, and so on. This research aims to determine how the implementation and effectiveness of the application of Wordwall in the Refrigeration Systems and Installation subject is seen from the learning outcomes of the class pretest-posttest group. The research process begins with the pretest stage, which aims to assess students' initial understanding of the material they have studied. After the pretest, students are given treatment by applying Wordwall as a learning evaluation medium after which a posttest is carried out. This posttest aims to evaluate students' understanding after taking part in the evaluation with the Wordwall application. The pretest and posttest results will be analyzed using effect size and student learning completeness. The learning model used still uses the lecture method and students only listen, take notes, and wait for what the teacher orders, so this has an impact on student learning outcomes which have not been achieved optimally. Therefore, research is needed using a gamification-based learning model assisted by the Kahoot application to determine its impact on student learning outcomes. The research method used is quantitative in the form of a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest control group design. In this research, the instruments used include pretest and posttest questions with the final results in the form of data. The data analysis technique used in this research is the student's N-Gain Score and effect size analysis. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the implementation of a gamification-based learning model assisted by the Kahoot application has an impact on student learning outcomes in learning the Basics of Electrical Engineering. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes which have increased with the average pretest and posttest scores for the experimental class being higher than the pretest and posttest for the control class. <p>This research aims to apply the work project learning model to improve student activities and learning outcomes in the electrical power installation subject at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with an experimental research type, the experimental research design used is the Pre-Experimental Design method, One Group Pretest-Posttest design type. This design involves one group being given a pretest (O1), given treatment (X), and given a posttest (O2). The first measurement is carried out before the subject is given treatment and the second measurement is carried out after the subject is given treatment. Based on the results of research data, it was found that students' learning activities increased from before the treatment was given to treatment, while the increase in learning outcomes showed an increase in learning outcomes. These results can be seen from the knowledge domain, namely the pretest and posttest results which were analyzed using the N-Gain Score formula into the medium category. <p>This study aims to identify the correlation between industrial work practice experience, learning outcomes of electric motor installation, and learning independence with the work readiness of TITL grade XII students, both individually and together. The type of research used is ex post facto with the population of students of the Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL) expertise program at SMKN 7 Surabaya and SMKN 2 Lamongan. The data collection technique involves the use of questionnaires for the variables of industrial work practice experience (X1), learning independence (X3), and job readiness (Y). Meanwhile, documentation was used to collect data on the learning outcome variable of electric motor installation (X2). The data analysis in this study includes prerequisite tests such as normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and homoscedasticity test. Hypothesis testing is carried out using correlation and multiple regression techniques with the help of SPSS version 25 software for Windows. <p>This study aims to obtain information about the differences and improvements in critical thinking ability and vocational skills of students using Project-based learning (PjBL) learning models with simurelay integration and conventional learning media in the Electric Motor Installation course. The urgency of this research is poor critical thinking skills and vocational skills among students as an implication of the use of ineffective learning models and media in Electric Motor Installation courses. The alternative solution given is the use of PjBL learning model that integrates simurelay. This research is an experimental study using a non-equivalent control group design with a total of 72 participants comprised of 36 experimental and 36 control classes. Analysis of the hypothesis used is a t-test to determine the difference and an N-Gain analysis to increase students' critical thinking skills and vocational skills. Research instruments used included a critical thinking skills test and a vocational skills observational sheet. The results showed a significant difference in critical thinking skills and vocational skills between students taught with simurelay integrated PjBL learning model and students taught with PjBL learning model using conventional learning media. <p>Student learning outcomes are still low which is caused by students' lack of activeness in lesson activities, lack of preparation before lessons begin, and students' lack of concentration in learning which only lasts for a short period when presenting lesson material. Research is needed to improve student learning outcomes in the Electric Motor Installation subject at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau with differentiated learning using the discovery learning model. This research uses experimental research with the Pre-Experiment type with a One-Group Pretest Posttest design. The research subjects were students of class XI TITL 2 SMK Negeri 1 Mandau, even semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, consisting of 33 students. This study's research instrument was multiple choice consisting of 40 questions. The results of the pretest and post-test were analyzed using the N-Gain Score and completeness of learning outcomes. The results of the research show that the application of differentiated learning using the discovery learning model in the Electric Motor Installation subject class XI TITL 2 at SMK Negeri 1 Mandau can improve student learning outcomes. <p>This research is motivated by the lack of variety of learning media used in the learning process, the availability of books as a learning medium as well as the reason for the limitations of students in learning Electrical Lighting Installation material. This study uses a pure experimental research method. This study uses two classes consisting of an experimental class and a control class. For the experimental class, treatment was given using Android-based i-spring suite learning media, and the control class was not given treatment. The subjects in the study are class XI TITL 1 as an experimental class and XI TITL 2 as a control class where the number of students in each class is 23 people. The technique used for data collection in the study used test instruments and questionnaires for students' learning motivation towards the i-spring suite android based learning media. The results of the validation test of the learning media provided by the validator received a very valid category. The results of the learning motivation questionnaire of students who used the t-test showed the influence of i-spring suite learning media on learning motivation. <p>This research aims to determine the impact of the application of flipbook learning media on the learning outcomes of TITL students in class X SMK Negeri 2 Payakumbuh. To improve student learning outcomes, a more interesting and interactive learning media is needed. This study uses a type of experimental research in the form of a quasi-experiment with a pretest-posttest non-equivalent control group design. This study used research instruments pre-test and post-test questions in objective form to see the learning outcomes of students and tested using a validity test, reliability test, differentiation test, and question difficulty index to determine the feasibility of the instruments used. The results showed an increase in student understanding supported by the results of the Independent Samples Test, and the completeness of student learning outcomes using flipbook media was better than conventional learning. Student learning outcomes after applying flipbook media are improved, so flipbook media has a positive impact in improving student learning outcomes. However, it should be noted that this study has some limitations, such as limited coverage to one school and one subject. A follow-up study involving more schools and subjects could provide greater insight into the application of this media. In addition, the factors of students' motivation and previous experience in the same subject may also be important considerations in future research. This research aims to determine the implementation of the independent curriculum in basic electricity subjects at SMKN 1 Padang. This research uses quantitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The population of this study were all teachers of basic electricity subjects at SMKN 1 Padang and all class X students at SMKN 1 Padang. The sampling technique uses proportional random sampling technique. The sample used in this research was 34 students plus 3 teachers, the total sample in this research was 37 samples. In this research, the required data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct research using learning media to achieve more effective learning so that student learning outcomes increase. The type of model used in this study is the Instructional Development Institute (IDI) model. In this IDI, the principles of a systems approach are applied which include three stages, namely discovery (define), development (develop), and evaluation (evaluate). The discovery stage (define) contains the steps of background analysis and problem identification. The second stage is the development stage (develop) which contains the preparation of the initial form (prototype) of the product and product validation. Then the third stage is the evaluation/assessment stage (evaluate) which contains the steps of testing and analyzing the results of the trial. <p>Student Worksheet (LKPD) is one of the learning media educators use to convey practical learning material. This research is motivated by learning media on the subject of Electric Motor Installation which is still minimal and the learning model used is still teacher-centered which causes learning outcomes to be not optimal. This study aims to develop LKPDs for Electrical Motor Installation subjects that are valid, practical, and effective so that they can improve practicum learning. This research uses the type of R&D (research and development) development with the 4-D model which consists of four stages of development, namely defining, designing, developing, and distributing. The data collection instrument uses an evaluation sheet in the form of a questionnaire for validity and practicality data. At the same time, effectiveness is seen in the practical learning outcomes when using LKPD. Based on the validation assessment by the material expert, the validator obtained a valid value, while the assessment of the media expert validator obtained a valid category value. The practicality assessment conducted by the subject teacher was rated as very practical, and then the assessment of the students was rated as very practical. <p>The observation conducted in the Electrical Power Installation Engineering (TITL) department at SMKN 5 Solok Selatan reveals that the teaching methods currently used in the classroom are conventional, such as lecture-based approaches, which are perceived as straightforward and relatively easy. This has led to a lack of engagement among students in the Basic Electrical Engineering subject, resulting in passive learning. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the problem-solving model in the Basic Electrical Engineering course for class X TITL at SMKN 5 Solok Selatan. The research employed a quantitative approach with an experimental design. Results from student assessments through pretests and posttests demonstrated a significant increase in achievement, with a notable improvement in scores. The normalized gain score analysis indicated a medium average gain value. Additionally, the model was found to be fairly effective. Before implementing the problem-solving model, students' skill assessment scores were lower, but these scores increased afterward, showing a marked improvement. This study uses an experimental method with a pre-experimental design in the form of a one-group pretest posttest. The results showed that there was a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes by using the game-assisted SFE model, showing a better understanding of electrical engineering concepts and higher critical thinking skills. In addition, the use of games as a learning medium has also been proven to make the learning process more interactive. The subjects in this study are students of class X TITL 1 at SMKN 1 Batipuh. The research method used is R&D research (research and development) using a 4D model consisting of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. The subjects in this research were D3 students in electrical engineering, Faculty of Engineering, Padang State University. Based on the research result, validity value data was obtained from the three validator lecturers, each of whom stated that they were valid, so it can be concluded that the jobsheet developed was valid. The practicality test was carried out by a lecturer in the electrical engineering department and 9 students from D3 electrical engineering. The practicality questionnaire filled out by the lecturer in the subject concerned and students as respondents obtained very practical results. The effectiveness test was carried out by carrying out a practicum based on a scientific approach using the electric motor control training KIT in 3 meetings with different materials. SMKN 2 Payakumbuh is committed to conducting quality and optimal learning processes to achieve its goal of producing graduates who are well-prepared and skilled in their fields. However, there are some challenges in the learning process within the Electrical Power Installation expertise, particularly in the subject of Motor Installation. According to the latest curriculum, new material has been added to the motor installation subject, specifically motor control using a speed drive device. However, the school lacks sufficient laboratory equipment to support this practical material. Additionally, the teachers' competence in motor control using Variable Speed Drive (VSD) devices is still limited, which hinders the learning process from being fully effective. Several actions were taken to address this issue, including creating a motor control trainer based on VSD and conducting training to enhance teachers' competencies in motor control using VSD. This initiative was carried out in four stages: (1) Planning; (2) Preparation; (3) Implementation; and (4) Evaluation and reporting. <p>This research was motivated by problems found in class X TKL at SMK N 1 Bukittinggi. Based on the results of observations made, it can be seen that during the learning process students were less active, rarely asked questions or expressed their opinions and students did not develop critical thinking skills resulting in low problem-solving skills by students. To improve student this, the researcher tried to conduct research by applying video tutorial learning media to student learning outcomes in the Basics of Electrical Engineering subject at SMK N 1 Bukittinggi. Learning media is needed to support the learning process. One type of supportive learning media that is attractive to students is audio-visual media, especially video tutorial media. The advantages of video tutorial media: can be played back to increase students' understanding, will help simplify the learning process for teachers and students, make learning more interesting, effective, and efficient. This research is quantitative research using the Pre-Experimental method with a One Group Pretest - Posttest Design research design. The subjects of this research were all class X TKL students. Based on the research results, the average pretest and posttest scores were obtained using analysis using the N Gain Score in the medium category. Based on the results of calculating classical completeness after applying video tutorial learning media in the very high category. <p>The research conducted aims to (1) analyze the effect of implementing a teaching factory on the work readiness of class XII DKV students at SMK Negeri Surabaya; (2) analyze the influence of work motivation on the work readiness of class XII DKV students at SMK Negeri Surabaya. The method used in this research is ex-post facto research, which observes and studies the influence between the independent and dependent variables. The subjects of this research were students in class XII DKV at SMK Negeri Surabaya, totaling 204 students. The results of this research show that (1) there is an influence of the implementation of the teaching factory on students' work readiness (2) There is an influence of work motivation on students' work readiness with significance. From the hypothesis test results, the dominant variable is work motivation on work readiness.
